Cancellation Policy for Private Tours

Cancellation 1 Month Before: Full refund (Service & Processing fee of ₹1000 per person applies)
Cancellation 15 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the package cost retained
Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival:50% of the package cost retained
Cancellation Within 7 Days or No Show: No refund

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours

Cancellation 1 Month Before: 15% of the package cost retained
Cancellation 15 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the package cost retained
Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival:75% of the package cost retained
Cancellation Within 7 Days or No Show: No refund

Cancellation Policy for Hotel & Resort Bookings

Note: Some hotels may have unconditional cancellation policies. Please confirm before booking.

Cancellation 1 Month Before: Full refund (Service & Processing fee of ₹500 applies)
Cancellation 15 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the package cost retained
Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival:50% of the package cost retained
Cancellation Within 7 Days or No Show: No refund

Cancellation Policy for Sightseeing & Excursions

Cancellation 15 Days Before: Full refund (Service & Processing fee of ₹250 per person applies)
Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival: 15% of the package cost retained
Cancellation 2 Days Before Arrival:25% of the package cost retained
Cancellation Within 48 Hours or No Show: No refund

General Terms for Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email from the registered email ID used for booking. For assistance, please contact us at contact@madhyapradeshdmc.com
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days using the same payment method. No interest will apply.
Madhya Pradesh DMC is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellation of bookings/services not included in the package.
If a tour, sightseeing, or excursion is discontinued for any personal reason, it will be considered a deemed cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to terminate any booking if guests do not adhere to group decorum or misbehave. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Non-receipt of full payment allows us to cancel the booking as per our policy.
Madhya Pradesh DMC is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines or other travel modes not included in the package.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for missed programs or curtailed tours due to force majeure events such as natural calamities, political issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to modify or reschedule bookings when possible.
